Interior Design Assistant / Office Manager (Part-Time)

Elizabeth Kannan Interior Design, a Bethesda, MD-based residential interior design firm is looking for a talented individual to provide design assistance and administrative support.

Tasks include:

  • Administrative duties: email correspondence and phone calls

  • Order Procurement: writing estimates, invoices, and work orders, placing orders, and tracking shipments

  • Assist with installations

  • Assist with AutoCAD drawings

  • Sourcing furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting, hardware, and accessories

  • Manage fabric library

  • Maintaining client binders

Requirements:

    •   At least two years of experience working in an office environment

    •   Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

    •   Excellent time management skills

    •   Strong communication skills

    •   Design degree and CAD skills required

    •   Experience with Studio Webware and Photoshop a plus

    •   Positive attitude and good energy!
