Interior Design Assistant / Office Manager (Part-Time)
Elizabeth Kannan Interior Design, a Bethesda, MD-based residential interior design firm is looking for a talented individual to provide design assistance and administrative support.
Tasks include:
Administrative duties: email correspondence and phone calls
Order Procurement: writing estimates, invoices, and work orders, placing orders, and tracking shipments
Assist with installations
Assist with AutoCAD drawings
Sourcing furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting, hardware, and accessories
Manage fabric library
Maintaining client binders
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience working in an office environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Design degree and CAD skills required
• Experience with Studio Webware and Photoshop a plus
• Positive attitude and good energy!
